2) Tournament will be played in Swiss League System in which each participant will have to play at least 5 rounds or whatever decided by Sir/Committee
3) Tournament will start at 9 am. Sharp. If any participant comes late he / she will miss the first round.
4) Participants using Smart phones and tablets are requested to download “Free Chess Clock” application.
5) Decision of Referee will be Final and Binding to all.
